Qualitative UX Researcher - Meta : Job Details

Join our dynamic UX Research team, where we explore the diverse global human needs that drive product design. As a Qualitative UX Researcher, you'll partner with product and business teams to uncover critical research topics and address some of the most complex challenges in understanding user interactions.

Your role will involve:

• Conducting in-depth research to gain insights into user behavior and needs.
• Designing and executing end-to-end custom primary research using robust qualitative methods such as surveys, focus groups, usability tests, and interviews.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Effectively communicating research results and translating findings into strategic, actionable insights.
• Managing and prioritizing research plans in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

We're looking for curious and experienced professionals who excel in understanding human behavior, particularly in relation to technology and society. Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD with relevant experience.
• Experience conducting qualitative research methods, including in-depth interviews and usability testing.
• An interest in hands-on research and the ability to convey findings in compelling ways.

Salary: $103,000/year to $163,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
