As a QMM Engineer, your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor products. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining quality management systems, data analysis, process improvement, and defect reduction. Your efforts will directly impact yield, customer satisfaction, and ongoing process enhancements.

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining PFIB systems, with a focus on Physical Failure Analysis for semiconductors, including delayering and site-specific analysis for process development and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with X-SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) operation and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and Field Service Specialists for troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration.
  • Develop and implement lab safety protocols.
  • Prepare SOPs and reporting templates for lab activities.
  • Establish and report KPIs for lab processes.
  • Support special projects, utilizing technical expertise and data-driven decision-making within cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to address issues and drive improvements.
  • Achieve expert status on assigned equipment and train new users.
  • Support other analysis equipment and routine cleanroom monitoring activities, such as particle counters, electrostatic voltmeters, and megohmmeters.
  • This role is based on-site in Roseville, CA.

The salary range for this full-time position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $110,000. Compensation depends on experience, knowledge, role complexity, and location. Details will be shared during the interview process.
