QC Data Entry Clerks - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leading agricultural production company, is seeking QC Data Entry Clerks to join their team in Switz City, IN. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. When quality tasks are minimal, this position will also assist with general production duties.

Pay Range:

• Shift 1: $19.50/hr
• Shift 2nd and 3rd: $21.50/hr

• Assist the Quality Production Specialist in a variety of responsibilities.
• Take samples and utilize computer and data entry skills for documentation.
• Ensure labeling, tagging, and quality activities to support production and packaging teams.
• Assist with general operator tasks including seed receiving, processing, packaging, and shipping.
• Operate forklifts, wash boxes, and assist in seasonal production tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in computer use, Excel, and data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in/outdoors on uneven surfaces.
• Must be flexible to work any shift (day/night, 8 or 12 hours).
• English communication (written and verbal) and decision-making skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/pre-employment screenings.

• Weekly hours between 3648 with potential overtime.
• Hands-on experience in a leading agriscience environment.
• All PPE (except safety boots) provided on site.
• Strong team culture with opportunity to support various departments.
