COTS - COMMERCIAL OFF THE SHELF - Experience is a MUST!!!
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of testing experience with a Bachelors in Computer Science degree or equivalent work experienceExperience with testing web-based applications, client-server applications, and highly configurable COTS productsExperience with HP Test Tools: Quality Center and QTPExperience developing regression test suites and automated test scripts using Quick Test Pro (QTP)Experience in developing risk-based test strategiesExperience in the development of high-quality test documentation such as Test Plans, Test cases and procedures, RTMs, and Test Analysis ReportsExperience testing in a formal and/or regulated environment using structured methodologiesExperience with HP Performance Center desiredIdeal Candidate Will Have:
Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in automated testing toolsExperience with a variety of types of testing such as functional, interface, integration, regression, compatibility, etc.Experience with messaging services such as BizTalkAbility to quickly learn new application systems and technologiesKnowledge of basic project management framework and methodologyAbility to accurately analyze complex application requirements to assess if they are clear, unambiguous and testableAbility to estimate test effortsThanks,
