QA / Test Engineer (m/w/x) - Rail Flow : Job Details

The freight-tech scale-up Rail-Flow, with more than 90 employees, increases efficiency and simplifies access to rail freight and intermodal transport. The Rail-Flow Platform offers innovative marketplace, collaboration, CRM, and transport management solutions across the entire rail logistics value chain.

This accelerates processes, strengthens the competitiveness of rail, and supports the reduction of CO2 emissions by shifting traffic from road to rail. Over 500 railway undertakings, forwarders, intermodal operators, and shippers already rely on Rail-Flow's solutions.

We are looking for QA & Test Engineer for our Development Center in İzmir.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Master degree is an additional asset

• Fluent in English. (Our working language is English)
• Advanced communication skills, Openness to feedback, problem solving, analysis, planning, and follow-up,
• 1+ years of Software Quality & Test experience
• Ability to communicate with customers in English
• To follow up and report customer requests and problems until they are resolved
• Using and developing the Test Tool
• Supporting the software currently in use (issue resolution)

The successful new joiner will be a member of an international team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.

It is the person who plays a role in the process from the analysis stage of the project to the post-delivery support stage, prepares and runs test procedures, reports the test scenario situations and errors, analyzes the errors recorded after the go-live to the customer and assigns the task to the relevant person.

• Working as a part of the technical team (DE and TR based)
• Supporting the preparation of the test plan
• Prepare, run and report test procedures for all test levels
• Supporting the studies on user acceptance tests
• Supporting user training
• Preparing test environments
• Prepare the necessary test data
• Reporting test results and preparing documents
• Debugging test steps
• Willing to learn Test Automation
• Knowing the Rail Flow processes, applying them in projects, giving feedback about applications and provide process improvements

• Experience working on SaaS products in an Agile organization.
