We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Sample Coordinator to join our team to ensure samples are shipped out accurately in a timely manner.

Your role here

From Day 1, you will maintain a clean and organized samples room and be able to prepare samples for shipment. You will work closely with internal partners and manufacturers to create requests and confirm receipt of samples. You will maintain the Specification/Product Drawing control system and be able to provide product specifications upon request.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Strong time-management skills and able to work with fast turn-around times
