Job DetailsResponsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems, ensuring they meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the activities of the quality assurance department, ensuring all team members are trained and competent.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to establish quality expectations and standards for all products.
  • Manage and resolve any quality-related issues, liaising with suppliers and customers as necessary.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure the safety and efficiency of the production process by implementing and maintaining quality control standards.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in quality assurance.
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve the company's quality objectives and goals.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the corrugate, packaging, or paper mills industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing a quality assurance team and developing quality assurance systems and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance software.
  • Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided).
