QA Intern - Data Device : Job Details

QA Intern - Fall 2025 Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Intern to support our QA team, with a primary focus on reviewing, revising, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role provides hands-on experience in the highly regulated Aerospace and Defense industry, while building core skills that are widely applicable across sectors such as automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, and software. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the review, editing, and updating of SOPs to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to verify accuracy of SOP content. • Help organize and maintain the SOP library in the document control system. • Participate in internal audits and help track document-related corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). • Provide administrative support to the QA team, including preparing reports and summaries related to SOP status. • Attend QA team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
