Job Location: Morris Plains, NJ (Hybrid - Onsite T, W, Th)

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute automation suites.
  • Collaborate with Development (Analyst/Developer/QA) team and cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end flow and data testing requirements.
  • Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs, contributing to automation suite improvements.
  • Perform comprehensive regression testing post-deployment, including defect fixes, requirement changes, environment refreshes, and interface configurations.
  • Understand the complete project life cycle, from design and development to execution and implementation.
    • Required Skills and Experience
    • 5-6 years of coding experience with Java and JavaScript (Node.js).
    • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools such as Cypress, Selenium, WebDriver, and API Restful Web services.
    • Knowledge of version control systems (git) and issue tracking tools (Jira).
    • Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
    • Ability to write SQL queries and develop tools/utilities and mock services.
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and TDD/BDD environments.
    • Strong programming, debugging, and test automation strategy skills.
    • Proven track record of establishing effective Quality Engineering and Assurance processes.
    • High attention to detail, with the ability to propose trade-offs and assess risks to stakeholders.
    • Willingness to continuously learn new skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
