Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Python Developer (AI Prompt Engineering)

Position type: Fulltime / Contract

Duration: Open Ended

As a Python Developer (AI Prompt Engineering) you will:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and tools for telecom network optimization.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance network performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into 4G/5G core network components.
• Create and refine AI prompts to improve the accuracy and efficiency of automated processes.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to support AI initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network performance and AI applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and telecom technologies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Python programming and AI prompt engineering (Gemini AI)
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G core network components and architecture.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with telecom protocols and standards (e.g., LTE, NR).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-native technologies and virtualized network functions.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
• Previous experience in the telecom industry.

Pay Range*: $60hr W2-$63hr W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
