We are seeking an experienced Solutions / Tooling Engineer to join a global Automation programme at a major investment bank in New York. The role focuses on enhancing the bank's equity trading automation tools, enforcing governance and standardization across development teams. The engineer will collaborate with the Python Web Developer on front-end solutions daily.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in Python scripting, Unix, SQL databases (Oracle/SQL Server), and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced financial markets environment.

• Enhance automation tools for equity trading

• Collaborate with front-end developers

• Proficiency in Python scripting
• Experience in production support
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Degree highly preferred
