Purchasing/Procurement Associate - PDS Tech : Job Details

Day-to-Day - - Manage procurement operations including RFPs, cost analysis, and supplier communications. Prepare and issue purchase orders for a broad range of commoditiesmachined/sheet metal parts, hardware, electrical, vacuum-formed parts, and more. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues like late or missed deliveries. Support contract compliance and performance monitoring. Work with SAP (preferred) and Excel dailypivot tables, X - Lookups, filters, and search functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including international stakeholders (e.g., Philippines tier meetings). Serve as a key contributor in purchasing activities under general guidance, with autonomy in execution. - - What You Bring to the Table - - - - Required: - - Bachelor's degree - - or - - 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain/purchasing.
