- Review and evaluate project proposals and operational needs, providing insights and recommendations that support strategic and cost-effective decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, fostering collaboration, performance improvement, and long-term value.
- Monitor budgets and cost controls, ensuring purchasing activities align with financial objectives and approved spending limits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with plant leadership, finance, and maintenance teams to support business goals and operational efficiency.

- 2+ years of leadership experience, with the ability to guide and support a small team.
- Hands-on experience managing the full purchasing process: from requisitions and sourcing through contracting, invoicing, and payment.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of budgets, cost control, and accounts payable.
- Proven success in negotiating contracts and pricing for plant maintenance, supplies, and services.
- Experience coordinating contractor activity and reviewing proposals to ensure fair evaluation and cost-effective solutions.
