Job Summary
As our Purchasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement of goods and services for our organization. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions that support our company's growth and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage purchase orders for a variety of goods and servicesNegotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and termsMaintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortagesAnalyze purchasing data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with business goalsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the procurement processQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems
Pay rate: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
