Job Summary

As our Purchasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement of goods and services for our organization. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions that support our company's growth and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage purchase orders for a variety of goods and services
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages
  • Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with business goals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the procurement process
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role
    • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in data analysis
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
    • Familiarity with procurement software and systems

    Pay rate: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
