• Analyze market trends and vendor performance to drive cost savings
• Negotiate contracts and ensure legal and policy compliance
• Track key purchasing metrics including cost, quality, and delivery benchmarks
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the purchasing team

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Proven success in vendor management and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
