• Collaborating with R&D department to determine the technologies and components needed for projects
• Locating suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating, and establishing relationships, ensuring purchased items meet requirements and quality standards
• Managing logistics and coordinating delivery

• 5-10 years' experience in purchasing technology in/for Hi-Tech environment
• Significant experience with purchasing electronic components
