Seeking a results-driven Purchasing Manager with strong import/export expertise to lead and optimize our procurement operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing product procurement while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, navigate international trade regulations, and coordinate logistics. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration with production, logistics, and finance teams are essential-along with proven people management experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of purchasing experience, ideally in a B2B import/export environment
• Strong knowledge of global sourcing, international logistics, and trade compliance
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience working with overseas suppliers and understanding of cross-cultural business practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience importing products into the U.S. and navigating U.S. customs regulations
• Multilingual with familiarity in international markets (Asia, Middle East, Europe)
• Background in fast-paced, high-volume B2B sales environments
