IT Support System Analyst - Mainz Brady Group : Job Details

Our Financial client is looking for an IT Support Systems Analyst to join their team to work with Sr. Level Teams to ensure no issues. Required:

• 3-5 years relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment
• 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations, laptops, and virtual environments
• Escalate and support level 3 engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user problems
• Provide exceptional customer service while being able to manage day-to-day IT operations, critical situations and communicate the urgency of all issues as appropriate
• Deep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops & Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads
• Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Management
• Experience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune
• Experience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.)
• Windows 11 and Office 365 Support. Strong understanding of Active Directory Administration
• Outlook and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint client end support
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. Will consider years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree

• 3-5 years of experience providing technical support in the financial industry a plus
