Our company is seeking a junior Purchasing and Materials Supervisor. This role involves responsibilities across all aspects of supply-side operations for an electronics manufacturer, including supplier and factory interaction, forecasting, scheduling, ordering, inventory management, and other team-related tasks.

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate and oversee periodic physical inventory cycle counts.
• Identify, track, and resolve material discrepancies.

• Forecast material requirements and respond to urgent needs.
• Schedule and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Expedite work order shortages and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and adjust safety stock levels to support production goals.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Inventory training or technical certification (a plus).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory, distribution, or operational procedures.
• Experience with product receiving (a plus).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and pay close attention to detail with proper follow-up.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
