**About the Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Store Manager** to join the Sheridan team to lead and develop our team at our **Myer Melbourne CBD SHERIDAN Boutique.**

This is a full time position, working to a Tuesday - Saturday roster, with one weekend off each month.

**Duties**

* Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals

* Store operations including inventory and stock control and roster management

* Managing VM to a high standard, following directives and ensuring impeccable presentation

* Using reporting tools to make commercial decisions to drive your business

* Maintaining exceptional product knowledge, being able to articulate features and benefits

* Driving a high performing team, committed to providing outstanding customer service

**Skills + Experience**

* Previous people management experience, preferably in retail

* Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience

* Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets

* Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling

* Ability to coach and develop a team through succession planning
