This position works under the guidance of the Catering manager. Key Responsibilities: Must be able to operate industrial dishwashing machine. Ability to keep up with fast paced high volume kitchen and restaurant. Ensure that all eating/cooking utensils are cleaned, maintained and stored properly. Maintain an overall cleanliness in dish and kitchen area. Must be able to comply with sanitation, safety and health codes. Qualifications:Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions; lifting/carrying 25 pounds. High school diploma/ GED preferred.
