Job Overview

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, maintaining store recovery standards, and providing friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and legal requirements; manage store conditions and results.

Follow front-end policies and procedures; achieve KPIs and oversee team performance.

Plan and execute in-store events and classes.

Lead omnichannel initiatives and manage shrink and safety programs.

Assist with cash reconciliation, inventory processes, onboarding, and coaching team members.

Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).

Provide excellent customer service, help locate products, and resolve issues.

Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-training in custom framing services.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Retail management experience preferred.

Physical and Work Environment

• Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
