Job Overview

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, maintaining store recovery standards, and providing friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and legal requirements; manage store conditions and results.
  • Follow front-end policies and procedures; achieve KPIs and oversee team performance.
  • Plan and execute in-store events and classes.
  • Lead omnichannel initiatives and manage shrink and safety programs.
  • Assist with cash reconciliation, inventory processes, onboarding, and coaching team members.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Provide excellent customer service, help locate products, and resolve issues.
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-training in custom framing services.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience
    • Retail management experience preferred.
    Physical and Work Environment
    • Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy items, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
