New Pay Rate Now Starting at $19/Hour! Were excited to announce a new pay increase to better reflect the value of this meaningful and rewarding position. Relevant experience will be considered when determining your starting rate.

Support individuals with IDD as they learn job tasks and adjust to the workplace

Teach essential skills such as communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork

Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth

Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and job site supervisors

Offer feedback, coaching, and consistent support every step of the way

Who Were Looking For:

Youre compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed

Youre 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED

You have a valid U.S. drivers license (held for at least 2 years, not including permit time)

You can pass a background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment

Youre able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support as needed

Youre available to attend paid New Hire Training (MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM)
