Psychologist (Ph.D. Level) - Hybrid - Salude : Job Details

Salude - About the Role: Salude's The Rizor Institute is seeking a licensed Ph.D. Psychologist in Clinical or Counseling Psychology to join an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person recovery in a skilled nursing setting. No prior pain psychology experience is needed but must be willing to learn all aspects of the field. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to national research while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, and nurses. Location: Salude - The Art of Recovery, Suwanee, GA *Must be willing to come onsite* Schedule: Monday to Friday | Hybrid with flexible onsite hours Weekly Hours: Approximately 10 hrs/week (fluctuates, but 10 hrs/week are paid guaranteed) Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions
• Educate patients on behavioral health and pain management strategies
• Participate in daily interdisciplinary case conferences
• Contribute to ongoing research initiatives
• Assist in program development and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (required)
• Must qualify for licensure in Georgia (required)
• 3-5 years of clinical experience (strongly preferred)
• Willingness to develop expertise in pain psychology
• Strong team and communication skills
