Developmental Enhancement Behavioral Health, a premier provider of behavioral health services in West Michigan, is seeking a full or part-time Licensed Psychologist or Limited Licensed Psychologist to add to our growing team of professionals. D.E. is an established, growing, children's behavioral health organization with 3 locations in West Michigan. Our psychologists provide a wide array of mental health services to children with varying emotional, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental differences. Our psychologists are especially relied upon by many local medical and mental health organizations for comprehensive psychological evaluations assessing for developmental differences, autism spectrum disorder, and attention difficulties, as well as learning and emotional concerns. Summary of Position:

The psychologist will be responsible as a professional provider to children and families in our Holland, Michigan clinic. The psychologist will have great latitude in caseload balance; they may focus on providing psychological assessments only, or providing a combination of assessment and psychotherapy services for clients. Our psychologists provide mental health services to children with varying emotional, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental differences. We offer in-house supervision and training for early career professionals, including training in assessment for autism spectrum disorder.

Requirements:

• Doctoral or Master's degree from an accredited university in Psychology or related area with coursework related to contemporary behavioral treatment and assessment.

• Licensed Psychologist or Limited Licensed Psychologist in the State of Michigan, or eligible to be licensed in Michigan. We will consider recent graduates who are on track to become fully licensed. DE will provide all necessary supervision.

• Training and clinical experience in providing assessment and mental health services to children and families. Experience working with children with neurodevelopmental differences preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological and developmental assessment of children and some adults, including those with neurodevelopmental differences. Training is available for interested individuals with limited assessment experience.

• For those who prefer also working in psychotherapy: elect and complete the appropriate therapeutic interventions based upon client needs, clinical knowledge, and evidence-based best practices.

• Collaborate with other treatment team members regarding client progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions.

• Coordinate services and community resources as needed.
