DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will serve as the psychological services representative on the interdisciplinary team, where you will complete functional behavioral assessments and analyze psychological issues for individuals with all ranges of intellectual disabilities and dually diagnosed, co-occurring mental health conditions. Duties include making recommendations to the team regarding psychological care, drafting and monitoring progress on mental health support actions (MHSA), and providing in-person training for staff. Additionally, you will provide individual and group counseling. In this role, you will also monitor and observe the staff to ensure that the skills and strategies contained in the MHSA have been learned and are being appropriately utilized. Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per weekWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Alternate work hours will be assigned as needed.Overtime and travel: As neededTelework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:A master's degree in a behavioral science, counseling education, rehabilitation, human development or a closely related field.Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
