• Monday - Friday schedule -- mix of in-person and remote work
• Split between residential treatment facility and day treatment program
• Occasional on-call coverage for restraint cases with backup support
• Youth-focused residential treatment facility and outpatient services
• Provides medication management, therapy, and consultations
• One day per week remote work available
