- Additional Info: -Impact at scale - Support high-risk youth (e.g., foster care, legal system,etc). -Clinical + leadership hybrid: Treat youth directly + supervise residents (Creedmoor Post Graduate Year 3 Psychiatry Residents), NPs, and program leaders. Split your time between direct clinical care (40%) and strategic leadership (60%), guiding child psychiatry across NYC's largest social services nonprofit.-21 working hours in total. Help supervise a caseload of 60 patients. An occasional one-time evaluation may be needed during other hours for a client not on caseloa,d but the role is mostly supervisory-Lead innovation - Drive protocols, quality initiatives, and new youth initiativesQUALIFICATIONS:-Active DEA and New York State license as a psychiatrist required.-Approved PECOS and OPRA status in NY state required.-Psychiatrists must be board certified in child psychiatry.-Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise
