The Behavioral Health Department includes a collaborative team of 2 Psychiatrists, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 3 Psychologists, and 2 Psychotherapists, with connections to a growing provider network of more than 25 behavioral health specialists across the West Market.

Opportunity: PMHNP - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Join a growing behavioral health team providing essential mental health services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse specialists while delivering compassionate psychiatric care.

Job Details:

• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide adult psychiatry services (age 18+ with potential to see younger patients if trained)
• Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide health care emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention
• Conduct appointments in clinic setting, through virtual visits, or telehealth
• Provide in-person or telehealth consults to inpatients and emergency room patients as scheduled
• Perform outreach to other clinics within daytime driving distance
• Appointment schedule includes 40-60 minute new patient visits and 20-30 minute medication rechecks
• Monday-Friday schedule during regular business hours
• Requires current RN licensure, Nurse Practitioner licensure, CPR certification, and national certification in applicable area

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
