Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid) - San Jose, CAPsychiatric Nurse Practitioner experience is Required

Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am -5:00 pmWork setting: In-person, Nursing home and TelehealthPay range: $145k - $170k

Responsibilities: Supervised by and working closely with the Director of Psychiatric Services, the job duties of the nurse practitioner shall include, but are not limited to: Conduct health assessments such as recording medical and psychosocial history Record symptoms Physically examine patients Make diagnoses Develop a treatment plan that may include medication and other therapies Educate patient on healthy habits to prevent diseases and maintain good health

Qualifications:Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (PMHNP-BC), is required3 years of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is Required
