About this opportunity... Product Sourcing and Services (PSS) is a group within Ross that helps Merchants execute new product strategies in a changing retail environment. Within PSS is an Analytics function to help track and understand key metrics and measures of success, work to identify patterns and areas for operational improvement and turn data into critical information and knowledge. The PSS Senior Analyst will design and build models, synthesize and communicate out on findings, and develop processes for maintaining reporting on a regular basis. They will partner with other PSS functions to gather information needed to conduct analyses as well as share those findings to drive business results and improvement. The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. The base salary is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location.
