The Project Administrator position is for TJ McCartney, PSI division. PSI is New England's premier commercial grade door and hardware contractor.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an individual to serve as a Project Administrator on our team. This individual provides administrative support on a daily basis to the team including data entry, electronic file maintenance, Excel reporting and submittal review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Download/Upload relevant files using proper naming structure
  • Create and update tasks in Fieldwire
  • Modify PDF documents as needed (page extraction, deletion, addition)
  • Create folders for Purchase Orders, arrange accordingly
  • Maintain excel documents (verify for accuracy, merge, sort, etc)
  • Review submittals (note discrepancies, check for accuracy)

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Excel (formatting, intermediate functions, sort, filter, search, pattern identification) and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to read construction documents a plus
