PSC Phlebotomist - Prescott, AZWe are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Prescott. This role is essential to supporting our medical and laboratory operations through high-quality specimen collection and patient interaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities* Perform blood draws using straight and butterfly needles* Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens according to test orders* Accurately update patient information and match requisitions to specimen tubes* Package specimens for transport, ensuring proper storage and temperature control* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations* Clearly explain procedures to patients with professionalism and care* Understand and follow physician orders with precision* Answer phone calls and assist with lab result inquiries* Attend annual department trainings and comply with OSHA and DEP regulationsQualifications* Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state of Arizona* Minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* High School Diploma or GED* 1-3 years of relevant experience preferredWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a dynamic lab setting where accuracy, safety, and professionalism are essential. You'll work with modern technology and follow strict protocols to ensure specimen integrity and patient safety.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.59/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
