That's where Kelly Professional & Industrial comes in.Kelly is seeking Provider Network Representative to support a Leading Healthcare client in Albuquerque, NM.SnapshotPosition: Provider Network Representative- Start onsite for training and then HybridPay: $18 - $24 per hourHours: M-F 8am to 4:30pm. After training 3 days onsite, 2 days' work from home.Job Description

  • Provide information and assistance to resolve issues in claims, pricing, and contracts
  • Assist in training and continuing policy education for providers and staff, conducting provider servicing, and developing training as needed.
  • Submit reports on service and recruiting activities, responding to fee requests, and maintaining databases and reports for managed care networks
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in pricing arrangements
  • Process providers change forms
Qualifications
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or have 4 years of work experience in the healthcare/insurance industry, with 3 years of experience in Network Management, Credentialing or Customer Service
  • Strong understanding of healthcare contracts, applications, and products, along with working knowledge of claims processing systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong teamwork, and problem-solving skills abilities, and are adept at meeting deadlines under pressure.
