Provider & Clinic Enrollment Administrator - Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic : Job Details

Manage both provider and clinic enrollment processes. Ensure accurate and timely completion of enrollment-related tasks. Inform team members and stakeholders of payer changes regarding enrollment. Support Enrollment Specialists in complex provider enrollment processes. Complete and submit enrollment documents for providers and clinic sites. Ensure timely, effective dates by consistently following up on submitted applications. Resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries from managed care, payors, clinics, and billing departments. Maintain provider and clinic enrollment records, including effective dates, additions, and terminations. Stay updated on laws, rules, standards, and industry practices related to enrollment.
