**Job Description:**
**Position Overview**
The PSM leads the implementation of our security program, policies and procedures in their area of responsibility. The PSM is responsible forunderstanding/mitigatingthe threat landscape in their market, deliver security related training and partnering with the line-of-business key stakeholders to provide security services to help the business achieve its objectives. The PSM will maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards, possess the ability to work independently under minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Build and maintain relationships with all levels of management in their area of responsibility, as well as interacting with external stakeholders such as property managers and external security experts to include local, state and federal law enforcement
+ Respond to and handle incidents to include, but not limited to, robberies, burglaries, workplace violence, thefts and other security related incidents while providing timely updates and documentation
+ Analyze and interpret the value of security initiatives to line of business and market leaders
+ Conduct security assessments to identify and remediate areas of risk/exposure of financial centers, remote ATMs andadministrative/operationsbuildings
+ During critical incidents, coordinate immediate response efforts with all appropriate parties, rapidly disseminating pertinent information and redirecting resources as needed
+ Serve as both a liaison and information resource providing concise and accurate information and updates to upper management
+ Oversee, help coordinate and/or provide direction to on-site management when dealing with crisis or emergency events
+ Oversee guard deployment strategy and security integrator work for their area of responsibility
+ Provide training to employees on appropriate security, safety and risk mitigation strategies
+ Actively partner in the physical security planning and installation process for new facilities, renovations, ATM installations for security equipment review and policy requirements
