Protective Services Leader - Ecolab : Job Details

Design and lead a global executive protection strategy aligned with business objectives and risk tolerance. Serve as the primary advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on all executive travel and security matters. Oversee executive protection operations including threat assessments, travel and residential security, event security, and emergency response planning. Develop and implement a strategic event security program in collaboration with the experiential marketing team. Lead a protective intelligence program using open-source and other intelligence methods to proactively identify and mitigate threats. Manage vendor relationships for security services and intelligence, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee the travel security and duty of care program in partnership with preferred vendors. Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and program effectiveness to senior leadership.
