Proposals Coordinator - XO Global : Job Details

Preparing tailored sales proposals for the global Program Sales team, including accurately calculating and checking prices and financial comparisons before they are sent out. Preparing presentations and other sales collateral for the Program Sales team, ensuring that a consistent and elevated design aesthetic is maintained. Liaising with the Proposals Manager to prioritize proposals accordingly across multiple time zones, and amongst the Proposals team. Collaborating with Sales Vice Presidents to help tailor their proposals and ensure all sales proposals which are sent out are followed up on. Assisting with RFPs and corporate tenders, working closely with Sales Vice Presidents and across multiple departments to help tailor the response. Regularly review all templates in the proposals library to ensure they remain current and fit for purpose. Keep an up-to-date and accurate live log of all proposals prepared for the Program Sales team.
