Property Supervisor / Chief Engineer - M&T Bank Corporation : Job Details

Must have City of Buffalo Chief Stationary Engineer License or a First Class License with eligibility and willingness to obtain Chiefs license within 6 months. Supervises maintenance of the Banks real estate through assigned employees and/or contracted staff to provide a safe and efficient workplace and banking environment for our customers, employees and tenants. Oversees maintenance activities in the Banks Real Estate portfolio, by ensuring a safe and efficient workplace and banking environment for employees, tenants and customers. Primary Responsibilities:Supervise mechanics and oversee the daily operation, maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, structural components and resolution of problems. Assist Property Management with managing the bid process and overseeing capital and/or expense projects within regional assignment.
