Property Site Liaison - Accessible Space : Job Details

Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking a Part -Time Site Liaison to function as a liaison between residents and management and between management and local/community supporters atour property in South Lake Tahoe, CA.

• This position supports and assists residents in maintaining their safety, independence, and self-sufficiency to ensure their success in maintaining permanent housing.
• Maintains appropriate records on ASI residents according toU.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements with respect to confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of successful experience in the area of property management.
• The ability to communicate effectively and positively with residents.
• The ability to communicate effectively and positivelywith residents and demonstrate customer-service approach to work and excellent customer service skills.
• The ability to travel as required (locally)
• Prior experience working with individuals with physical disabilities or brain injuries and
• Familiarity with HUD Section 811 Programs and state/federal entitlement programs a plus.
