Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Property Preservation Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing property preservation tasks including conducting property inspections, overseeing repairs and renovations, and ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities also include managing vendor relationships, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records of all property-related activities.
