Property Manager - Relocation Required - Beztak Properties Co. : Job Details

Beztak is looking to hire a Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the property, as well as the hiring and development of their team. Relocation to Jackson, TN or Jackson, MS is required. We will provide a $7,500 reimbursement to move as well as a $3,000 bonus after 90 days. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Motivate and hold accountable a team of employees including leasing and maintenance staff. Ensure that that all prospects, residents and family members have positive interactions with team members. Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations. Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines.
