Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations for our clients commercial retail properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, maintaining property standards, and ensuring efficient financial and operational performance.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all property management activities, including tenant leasing, rent collection, and lease enforcement.- Maintain strong tenant relations by addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication.- Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and manage property expenses.- Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and plan necessary repairs or upgrades.- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality maintenance and services.- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.Qualifications:- Proven experience in property management, preferably in commercial or residential properties.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management.
