We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of commercial and retail properties. This role ensures the financial performance, operational excellence, and tenant satisfaction across multiple sites while leading a team of property professionals. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of retail and commercial real estate management and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of multiple retail and commercial assets, ensuring each property meets profitability and quality targets.
• Tenant Relations: Foster strong relationships with tenants, handle escalated issues, negotiate lease terms, and ensure high retention rates.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Owner to ensure portfolio operational efficiencies and report developments.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, oversee rent collection, and ensure cost-effective vendor contracts.
• Maintenance & Operations: Ensure properties are maintained to high standards by coordinating with maintenance staff and external vendors.
• Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise on-site property managers and support staff, promoting performance and growth.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with ownership to develop long-term strategies, capital improvements, and growth initiatives.
• Reporting: Deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports on occupancy, financial performance, and operational metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial PM experience (10+ years preferred for senior tier)
• Backgrounds in residential or hotels are not preferred unless paired with relevant commercial experience
• Federal facility backgrounds may be considered if in a commercial support context
• Must have strong financial and tenant relations skills
• Software: Yardi is preferred (MRI acceptable); familiarity with work order systems is helpful but not required
