Job Title: Property ManagerTour the property with future guests and complete traffic sheets. Maintain close contact with current tenants and conduct surveys for improvement. Partner with the maintenance team for repairs and maintenance. Conduct pre-vacating and pre-move-in inspections. Perform move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, and process rental forms. Prepare outgoing property performance reports. Issue legal notices, and maintain all records and files. Make supplies consumption plans and control the reasonable use of all supplies.

Insight Global is seeking a Property Manager to join our property management team. The ideal candidate must be customer-oriented, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:The ideal candidate will be responsible, highly detail-oriented, with strong time management and excellent communication skills, focusing on customer service.
Must Haves:- Proven track record in residential leasing with 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in property management software, ideally Yardi, and/or other CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience managing leasing operations for multi-family apartment communities.
- Familiarity with Washington rental laws and regulations.
