Property Manager - Centurion Realty LLC : Job Details

Centurion Realty LLC, a New York City based owner-operator of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the United States is seeking a Property Manager to join our team.

Job Description: Manage the operations and performance of a diverse portfolio of assets by working closely with in-house maintenance and accounting personnel along with 3rd party vendors all in an effort to increase efficiency, reduce expenses, drive NOI, and create value.

Responsibilities include:

Staff supervision

Responding to tenants

Visiting and inspecting properties on a regular basis

Negotiating service contracts

Overseeing repairs & maintenance

Insuring that all properties are in compliance with laws and mandates

Collaboration with accounting team on a regular basis for tasks such as reporting activities, quarterly CAM reconciliation, annual budget preparation, and monthly budget monitoring.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Ability to identify and implement operational initiatives through hands-on, active asset management

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset

Strong computer skills specifically Excel

Superior organizational, written and verbal skills

Superior talent for customer service, communication, self-management and multitasking

Flexible team player able to follow as well as give direction.

Undergraduate degree

Two to four years of related work experience

Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience
