Property Manager - Santa Rosa - AtWork Group : Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties in Santa Rosa.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.Duties:- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance- Prepare and execute lease agreements, renewals, and terminations- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and tenant information using property management software (e.G., Yardi)- Market available properties to attract prospective tenants- Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks and credit evaluations- Enforce lease terms and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious living environment- Address any legal issues or disputes that may arise with tenants or contractorsExperience:- LIHTC/Section 42 experience- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role- In-depth knowledge of property management laws and regulations- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and best practices- Proficiency in using property management software (e.G., Yardi)- Strong sales skills to attract and retain tenants- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills- Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively- Strong administrative skills for record keeping and documentationIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for property management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
