In this role, you will manage and maintain our self-storage property, utilizing both customer service and maintenance skills.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their self-storage needs and providing excellent service.
• Engage with customers face-to-face, ensuring a welcoming experience that leads to 5-Star service.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Conduct property tours and show available units to potential customers.
• Work collaboratively to rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, and manage the leasing process, including accepting payments through our POS system, making daily bank deposits, and following up with customers on late payments.

Property Maintenance Duties:

• Perform daily property walks, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep.
• Engage in light maintenance tasks such as cleaning units, mopping, sweeping, and handling light repair activities.
• Maintain a safe and well-kept facility by following company guidelines for cleanliness and safety (including restrooms, landscaping, and overall property condition).

• Basic computer skills to manage daily tasks.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related activities.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, and balance as needed.
