What We Are Looking ForSouthern Belle Vacation Rentals is looking for a competent, energetic, advanced communicator to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator. This person is a hard-working individual who will embody our values while completing administrative tasks to support the maintenance department for all Southern Belle Vacation Rental properties. Local applicants only within 45 minutes of Savannah.
- Must have previous office experience
- Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, and texts
- Excellent customer service
- Display emotional intelligence and empathy
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with ability to change activity frequently and manage interruptions
- Technical computer skills, specifically MAC and Google Chrome Browser
- Typing skills, sixty words per minute
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
- Reach overhead and below the waist
- Bend, stoop, squat and kneel
- Can push, pull and lift up to 25 pounds
Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma required, some college preferred. Must speak fluent English.
