RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a privately held retail real estate operating company that owns, develops and operates shopping centers across the Western United States, is seeking a Property Coordinator (PC) to support the property managers with day-to-day operations across a portfolio of retail centers. This position sits in Newport Beach. The Property Coordinator will help drive the success of each property by focusing on tenant relations, vendor coordination, and property maintenance. From tracking invoices and managing accounts payable to assisting with collections and coordinating service providers, the Property Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of each site while upholding the company's high standards. The Property Coordinator maintains digital records, monitors lease compliance, and assists in planning and executing maintenance activities that enhance property curb appeal and tenant satisfaction. Regular property tours, familiarity with tenant leases, and collaboration with internal teams like leasing, development, and accounting are essential. Requirements:
